Saludos from Central America!
I began the year in El Salvador, leading a Founders Retreat for a US- Based group of highly motivated individuals. We dove into local culture, adventures in nature, and some deep personal and business reflection and development work.
From there, I headed up across the border into Guatemala. I spent some time in the colonial city of Antigua, I slept on the side of a volcano on a two-day trek up Volcán Acatenango, I visited Lake Atitlan, and explored the jungle of Chicacao during my 2-week stay at.a regenerative farming homestead there, learning about permaculture design and cooking foods from the land.
Now, I am in Quetzaltenango, commonly known as Xela, for the next month to volunteer at a Mayan women’s weaving cooperative. I’m excited to get to know the city and culture here!
